A person is an accomplice if, with the purpose of promoting or facilitating the commission of an offense, the person:

Murder in the second degree is classified as a Class A felony under Arkansas law. 6 - 30 years in prison.
Engaging in extremely dangerous conduct with awareness of the risk of death.
Severely beating someone with intent to cause serious injury when the victim dies from those injuries.
